Five Under £5 in April

Hello, I am back again linking up with Julia at  Rainbeaubelle for five under £5 for April.  Seriously, I have become obsessed with checking up on the blogs joining in to see what bargains others have found!!

Anyway here are my five.  First up is this lovely owl trinket dish for £1.50 in the sale at Store Twenty One.  My Mum always buys me a few little gifts from the kiddiwinks on special occasions and this time it was Mother's Day where one of my gifts was a lovely tray and wanted some things to display on it.  So when I spotted this lovely wooden owl I knew it would be perfect.

Next we have this fab foxy orange wooden box that I purchased as a treat for my daughter as she loves orange and at £1.50 it was too cheap to pass up.  This again from Store Twenty One.  Had a good day for bargains in there and found other home stuff that I haven't included in this post, which all came in under £5.

My daughter is still doing amazing on the non nail biting front so when I spotted this funky chevron nail file in Wilko for 50p, I had to have it.

I love stationery and can never pass any without a nosy.  This cute little pinky purple love heart set was from W H Smith and reduced to 99p.   Would have been a criminal to leave behind!  I have signed up to a Stationery Swap arranged  Jocelyn over at The Reading Residence and love any excuse to buy stationery.

Finally, I found these funky racoon socks from New Look in the sale for 50p.  I rarely buy patterned socks for myself but couldn't resist these fun ones.  May have to pop back and see if there are any of the other designs left.

Extremely happy with my five under 5 this month with the total for all five items coming in at just under the £5!!  Off shopping again today and hoping to find some more bargainous goodies.

Take care and don't forget to join in as I love reading all the blogs involved.
